Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products purchased within the United States.
To be eligible for a return:

Exchanges

- Pack the item securely and attach the prepaid return label.
- Mail the package using the carrier indicated on the return label.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
